Hi welcome to my site. I'm Gloria Jennings. How much do I love yoga, more than I can describe. What has it done for me - everything.
I used to be overweight (8 stone in fact), seriously struggling with my health, totally stressed and trying to hide my internal misery. Yoga changed all that, I lost the weight, found joy and health through the practice of yoga and meditation and now find it exhilarating to pass on the fantastic benefits of yoga to my students.
I have practiced Yoga for over 3 years. My classes are a mixed style which I would call Hatha Flow yoga, concentrating on muscle tension release for improved muscle efficiency and breath control during yoga poses to build strength and improve the health of mind and body in unison.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, no matter who you are and whatever the state of your current level of fitness or health. My teaching is designed to accommodate everyone, with a good range of options and modifications of the basic poses to suit all levels. But don't just take my word for it - try it for yourself.
